Small, Practical Steps for Living Well as We Age
I’ve been experimenting with a simple, self-guided tool that offers practical ideas for staying engaged, connected, and purposeful as we age - especially during times of transition. There’s no expectation to use it regularly or complete anything. Think of it as a quiet companion you can return to when it feels helpful.
The first time you visit, you’ll be asked to enter your email address. You won’t need to create or remember a password. Instead, the system will send you a one-time access link by email that opens the app for you. This allows the app to remember what you’ve already viewed, so content builds naturally instead of repeating. If you skip this step, the experience resets each time you visit, and tips may repeat rather than progressing.
A Living to 100 Companion icon can be added to your phone or tablet home screen and opens like an app, with our 100 icon. No downloads required – just select “Add to Home Screen” from your browser (look for 3 dots).
