Living to 100 Digest | December 2025

Greetings, Friend,

As we wrap up the year, it’s a good time to reflect on what truly supports healthy longevity. A recent survey of centenarians highlighted by NPR reminds us that living well into our 90s and beyond isn’t about luck -- it’s about the small lifestyle choices we make every day. These individuals stay active, engaged, curious, and connected, and many say they feel decades younger than their age.

With the holidays upon us, I hope this season brings you moments of connection, renewal, and inspiration to carry one simple daily practice into the new year, whether it’s moving a bit more, eating a bit better, finding quiet moments of calm, or staying socially engaged.

And in the spirit of appreciation, a heartfelt thank-you to the many helping hands that supported my work this year, including ChatGPT, my reliable assistant who never ghosts me and always shows up with ideas on time.

Wishing you a healthy, meaningful, and hopeful close to the year.

Warm regards,
Joe Casciani
