What's one assumption about getting older you've had to let go of?
We all carry ideas about aging that we absorbed somewhere along the way — from our parents, from culture, from watching others. Some of them turn out to be true. Many don’t.

What’s one belief about aging you’ve had to revise? No right answers here — just curious what’s shifted for you.
